Prime Baths products are manufactured under the highest standards of quality and workmanship. Our products are backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty as follows:

Prime Baths warrants to the original consumer purchaser ("Customer") that its products' acrylic surface will not materially fade, yellow, crack, bubble, or peel under everyday use so long as the Customer follows the care and maintenance guidelines set forth by us.

This warranty covers only those materials produced and sold by Prime Baths and will be in effect for as long as the Customer owns their home (the "warranty period").

Any claim under this warranty must be accompanied by proof of purchase (original sales receipt) from the original Customer. In the event of a warranty claim, We reserve the right to repair partially, completely replace, or provide a full or partial refund, whichever is appropriate.

Finally, We are responsible only for repairs, placements, or a refund not to exceed the total amount paid for the product initially. Prime Baths will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. This warranty is void if a certified Prime Baths Installer does not complete installation.
