We were a first time Prime Bath customer back in Dec. 2019. Ken and his team did a great job on our shower and sink remodel. We did have a little touch up work to do recently and Prime Bath came right out and took care of what we needed. I love a company that stands behind their work, Ken and his team

I called Prime Bath requesting an estimate….Bobby was at my home by the end of the day. I was impressed right there that I was able to get an estimate so fast. I am so so so happy with the whole process. The guys that did the install where great….they worked hard and did a great job and they cleaned everything up. They where all very professional. Very happy with my choice of having Prime Bath ….I now have a beautiful walk in shower! Thank you!

We purchased our home this year that had a walk-in jacuzzi tub that was ~14 years old. Leaked like crazy. Manufacturer would not give me time of day because I was not original owner. So happy I contacted Prime Bath!! Kriva was awesome. We now have a beautiful tub and shower! The two installers, Lucas and Steve, were so professional and hard workers. I can’t say enough and recommend Prime Bath. From meeting Kriva to our new bath one day install (including removing the large old tub) was a total of 3 weeks!! Thank you so much!!

Me and my wife Stephanie looked at several shower/tub remodel companies before deciding to go with Prime Bath. Krivo came out and was great going over all the different options they offered and explaining the remodel process to us. He also didn’t play any games when it came to pricing like some of the other companies we spoke to did. We had them come out to remodel our kids shower and that came out great. Beau did an awesome job getting it all done. We liked it so much that we had Krivo come out again and get us set up to have our master bathroom shower and tub remodeled. Prime Baths is one of the most impressive companies my husband and I have had the privilege of working with. Kevin came out to give us a quote and we didn’t feel rushed as we tried to agree on what we actually wanted. When it came time to decide how to pay, you can pay in full or finance. We gave a deposit and decided to pay in full at the end of the project, so the materials were ordered. Material arrived on time, we scheduled the installation, and we pulled the dream installation team of Bill and Lennon. Overall great experience!
Our installers Bill and Alex arrived on time for the appointment. They were polite and respectful of our home as they installed our new shower. They had the old materials removed and new installed in one day and cleaned everything before leaving. We paid what was quoted without any surprise fees added on at the time of installation.

The gold medal, for any service of business rests on 3 things for me. First, the sales process. They made it easy. The estimator / salesperson came out showed us samples with a ton of options, measured out the space we wanted to replace, and provided us with a solid quote that achieved all our goals, which he, Krivo, knew because he listened to us. Second, the price. I was pleasantly surprised. We were considering a bath fitter for our shower tub combination and the Prime Baths option was surprisingly much more cost effective, and way more solid. Krivo really worked with us to make sure that we were getting the best deals too. Third, the delivery / workmanship / professionalism.
